Debbie started her banking career in 1973 with a part time job her senior year in high school. She graduated from School for Bank Administration and Commercial Lending School. She is from a military family, so she lived all over, including England and Alaska and settled back in Ft. Worth, Texas. Debbie has been involved in commercial lending, including residential interim construction lending for the last 15 years and in 2019 opened the new Midlothian, Texas Branch. She has been active in non-profit organizations, Chamber of Commerce and Optimist International.
