Business Support Supervisor

Job Description

GENERAL SUMMARY:
This position would provide support to the Director of eBanking and eBanking Manager in the area of business internet banking services along with the other PBFB Supervisors.
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
  1. Provides support in electronic business banking services including PinnBank for Business Password Unlock/Resets, Business PinnDocs/eDocs, Business Mobile, Business Bill Pay, File Maintenance Verification, Fedline Review.
  2. Provides support and training for the PBFB Representatives as well as branch personnel.
  3. Provides day to day management support and direct supervision of PBFB Rep I and II  for named services in a manner that promotes customer service in line with bank expectations.
  4. Assists with the development and implementation of internal controls for selected products.  Participates in the annual risk assessment for products/services offered.  Investigates and recommends automated solutions for internal control concerns.
  5. Assists in the marketing of bank services to customers and non-customers through electronic communications.
  6. Regular and reliable attendance. 
  7. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
  • Knowledge of internet banking products and services.
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles. 
  • Skill in operating various office machines including switchboard, adding machine, copy machine, typewriter etc.
  • Skill in operating computer terminals and printers accurately.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, managers and other employees.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Ability to handle responsibilities without constant supervision.
 
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • High school graduate or equivalent required. 
  • Previous Internet Banking and Internet Product experience preferred.

Light Work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negotiable amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry or otherwise move objects.  Job involves sitting most of the time and walking and standing some of the time.
