Job Description
- Opens new accounts, responsible for account updates, processing paperwork and checks, maintenance of client accounts including paper files, printing reports, maintenance of current prospectuses, brochures and forms, ordering supplies, and filing duties.
- Greets incoming clients and answer phone calls in a professional manner taking care that all calls are directed properly. Assist with customer requests, questions and problems
- Mails newsletters, cards and letters to clients. Opens and distributes incoming mail.
- Keeps up to date on daily changes made at Raymond James Financial Services, Inc.
- Keeps advertising and correspondence files by submitting requests from Financial Advisors and maintaining current Compliance approvals.
- Assists with Broker Dealer annual exam. And satellite offices with exams.
- Assists Branch Manager with personnel and Human Resource issues.
- Prepares and schedules quarterly sales meetings and monthly conference calls
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
- Knowledge of word and excel programs.
- Skill in communicating with customers and co-workers in courteous and professional manner.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Ability to work within strict time constraints and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, be a self-starter.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Series 7 Securities License.
