PSC Admin Asst
Job Description
- Act as the backup for the Administrative Assistant for the PSC Team, which includes answering phone calls to the Pinnacle Support Center and directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Facilitate access to a secure door for approved visitors, vendors, and employees.
Maintain the meeting room calendar and prepare meeting rooms for scheduled meetings. - Order office supplies and boardroom supplies.
- Act as a backup for the Purchasing Agent for the PSC Data & Technology Team, which includes processing equipment orders, accounts payable invoicing, shipping & receiving, equipment disposal, and inventory.
- Assists with maintaining information on spreadsheets, computer input, and reporting as requested while handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Assists with special projects as requested.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), information systems, accounting, & banking systems.
- Skills in multitasking, problem solving and working with numbers.
- Ability to make sound decisions using information at hand and assist others.
- Ability to communicate with customers, management, and co-workers in a courteous and professional manner and maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to create an efficient organized work environment.
- Ability to pay close attention to detail and work with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to function as a team player but also work independently.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Previous administrative, accounting, & banking experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft products.
