NEW ACCOUNT NUMBER AND ROUTING NUMBER
Your new Pinnacle Bank account number is similar to your old account number. Simply add 57 to the beginning. If your old number had less than ten digits, add 57 plus zeros until it reaches ten digits. For example, a seven-digit account number of 1234567 would be 5701234567. The Pinnacle Bank Texas Routing number is 111903517.
NEW WEBSITE
When you visit pinnbanktx.com, you have access to your online banking account as well as helpful video tutorials, product information and educational articles.
PINNBANK ONLINE BANKING
You now have full access to your account(s) at pinnbanktx.com. Your complete transaction history will be available in your new Pinnacle Bank online banking account by March 24, 2023.
Logging in for the first time: Navigate to the Account Login button in the upper right corner of the pinnbanktx.com homepage. Click “Personal Login,” then “Forgot Password” and answer the prompts on the next screen. You will also be able to log in by clicking the “Forgot Password” link in the Pinnacle Bank Texas mobile app.
MOBILE BANKING
The free Pinnacle Bank Texas app is available for you to download from the App Store or Google Play Store. Look for the Pinnacle Bank Texas black and gold diamond logo icon.
The Crockett National Bank app is no longer available. If you attempt to open the Crockett National Bank app, it will prompt you to download the Pinnacle Bank Texas app.
If you already signed into online banking at pinnbanktx.com, you will use the same credentials to log in to the Pinnacle Bank Texas mobile app. If you have not signed into online banking, you will click “Forgot Password” on the app login screen and answer the prompts on the next screen. The credentials you select for the mobile app will also be used for online banking at pinnbanktx.com.
PINNDOCS ELECTRONIC STATEMENTS
If you were previously enrolled in electronic statements, you will continue to receive them through your online banking account at pinnbanktx.com. Statements issued before March 18, 2023, will not be accessible.
PINNPAY ONLINE BILL PAY
If you were previously enrolled in online bill pay, all history, payments and payees were transferred into Pinnacle Bank’s online bill pay system. We recommend logging in to online banking at pinnbanktx.com to confirm that your payees and scheduled payments are correct.
REPLACING POPMONEY WITH ZELLE®
Popmoney is no longer available. For person-to-person payments, we recommend registering for Zelle®.
Zelle® is a fast, safe and easy way to send money to people you know and trust. To get started, log into online banking, navigate to PinnPay and click Send Money with Zelle® and follow the onscreen instructions to register. If you have not registered for PinnPay already, you will need to do so before you can register for Zelle®. Once registered, you will be able to access Zelle® through online banking and our mobile app.
